All cats that do not allow us to complete the service or do not permit handling will still be charged 100% of the service fee.

All feline services require a signed Release Form Policy.

For safety reasons, cats must be secured in cages when brought to the van.

*All cat grooming services include nail trimming, ear cleaning, and paw pad clipping.
Please note that for safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service to certain cats — especially aggressive ones or adult cats who have never been groomed before.
