 AU-Q-MIA pronounced in English would be "AAUU-K-MEA," which means "dog says meow."

We are a licensed and insured pet mobile grooming company, which means we are safe to groom and care for your pet.

We are dedicated to delivering care that exceeds all expectations, but we also strive to do more for the pets and people of the Peninsula Bay Area at the curbside.

AU-Q-MIA Pet Salon started out in 2009, in honor of the proprietor's two Shi-Tzu and four Golden Retrievers. She graduated in two different fields:  accounting and business and also Mastered Finance. With a passion for her pets, she decided to set up her own store after she took the Groomer course to care for her owner's pets.

The owner of the brand developed a Marketing Plan to make her store go mobile and named her moving salon

AU-Q-MIA PET SALON to conclude her Finance course in the Bay Area. Eventually, she decided to turn it into reality with some Angel investors.

AU-Q-MIA PET SALON is a member of an AKC Groomer Safety Salon. 

We demonstrate our commitment to the health, safety, and well-being of the pets entrusted to our care. All teams have taken AKC Groomer Education. 

We have been dedicated for more than 13 years with care and dedication to grooming both dogs and cats. Seeing our work gain strength after many years is fantastic and demonstrates our commitment.

We have a strong passion and love for pets.
